I provide counselling and life coaching for adults, couples and young people. I have extensive experience with clients, and expertise in the areas of, building confidence, anger management, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, well-being and resilience, and career management. I also specialise in supporting young people aged 11-25 years.

I have worked privately, volunteer in Domestic Violence organisation, and in a faith based as a Counsellor, life and educational Coach. Through my enthusiastic, versatile, and relaxed style, I am able to quickly understand clients and gain immediate trust, allowing them to feel challenged and be supported. Working with CBT, and integrative way, using different psychotherapy and leadership models, allows me to tailor my approach to the specific needs of my clients.

BSC COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY, DIPLOMA DENTAL HYGIENE, Diploma Pastoral Counselling. CERTIFICATE IN COACHING, Certificate Bereavement counselling

First session

I offer 30 minutes session free so that we can talk and you can ask any questions and decide therapy.
