Feedback

Folashade really helped me to clarify and articulate the origins of extreme patterns of negative and self- defeating thinking, which proved essential in enabling her to work with me to develop practical strategies for loosening the grip. She is patient and compassionate while being proactive and constructively challenging when she needs to be. I found this combination of empathy and robust testing of my negative perceptions hugely helpful.

The process of counselling resulted in my feeling much better at work, building up the confidence to successfully apply for a new job and to take important steps forward in my relationship. Thank you! ‘I’m grateful for your help’

Fatima - 2012

‘’I went to see Folashade feeling like I had lost control of many aspects of my life, unable to express my frustrations and with many dark thoughts taking me over. Within the space of three weeks Folashade was able to help me identify why I was feeling as I was and helped me with a number of mechanisms not just to cope but to overcome’’.

Gemma - 2014

‘’Counselling sessions helped me enormously not least because for once I was able to vocalise what I was feeling rather than bottling everything up. In a short space of time this all helped my sense of self-awareness, self-confidence and ultimately made me feel like I could take back control’

Leigh

‘’As someone who has always regarded therapy as an admission of failure and had to be dragged into doing it, I can’t believe how helpful it has been. Fola is a fantastic listener, totally empathetic and professional’
